1. Services Offered

We provide diesel injection system testing, repair, calibration, parts sales, and related technical services for vehicles, machinery, and industrial equipment. All services are performed by trained technicians using OEM‑standard equipment.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Any quotation or estimate provided is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Final costs may vary if additional work is required upon inspection. We will notify you of any cost changes before proceeding.

3. Orders & Payments

• Parts Orders: Payment is required in full before shipment or collection.
• Repair Services: A deposit may be required for specialist work. Payment is due upon completion.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, M‑Pesa, credit/ debit card (via secure gateway), and cash (in‑store).
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• We ship to addresses within Kenya and selected international locations.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
• International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• All genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
• Our repair services are guaranteed for workmanship for a period of 6 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first), unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or modifications not authorised by us.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund policy is detailed in our Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of Motorex Diesel or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motorex Diesel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kenya.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
